All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Order Tracking

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. ZAMYRS is not responsible for these additional charges.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ZAMYRS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or washing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Earrings and certain jewelry items for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos of the item received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
